"In the process of growing up, the death of a loved one is a stage that everyone must go through. Sometimes it comes suddenly and catches people off guard. So every time a loved one dies, we don't know how to tell our children, and our emotions with our children cannot be properly expressed." Story Reading Class
How to explain death? Everyone can have a different interpretation. This is Mao Shan's interpretation, "Death is part of returning to the world. My family has also explained it this way since I was a child. The body will nourish the world and become fertilizer. Returning to become a tree or a blade of grass is a good thing." As described in the book, "Everyone's life, coming to this earth is like a journey... There will be a destination, there will be flowers blooming, there will be flowers falling; there will be light, and there will be darkness."
