Frequently asked questions
Readers who subscribe for more than two seasons will receive a [Picture Book Subscription Questionnaire] after checkout confirmation. Starting from the second season, you will receive customized book selections based on the questionnaire feedback. If you do not specifically mark your preference, you may also receive the theme picture book of the season.
The selection of books for single-season trial reading is subject to the description on the website.
Please send a private message to our fan page or write to us to ask . We will provide a new book list for discussion and adjust the content of the first season for you.
For a single-season trial, you need to pay for shipping (including 3 selected books, shipping fee is 8 Euros). If you subscribe for more than two seasons, shipping is free across Europe.
Three books will be sent out every quarter. If you subscribe to baby books for 0-18 months, it will include 3-4 books or picture cards.
It will be mailed out every three months. You will receive the picture book in March, June, September or early December.
When the picture book is sent out, you will receive a tracking code from the courier to track the progress of the delivery. Normally, books will be delivered within 3-7 working days after being sent out.
no problem! Before each new season of picture books is sent out, we will ask you again about your shared reading needs, and the content of the selected books will grow with your children. You are also welcome to send private messages to the fan page or write to us at any time to discuss your shared reading needs.
We will carefully note the existing book list you provided in the [Subscription Questionnaire] to avoid sending duplicate books. If you purchase more picture books from different stores later, please feel free to send me a private message or write to let me know at any time to ensure that you receive surprise new books every season.
Children who are six years old or above and can read picture books by themselves, or have the habit of reading with their parents, can subscribe! It is recommended to subscribe to the "Story Picture Book for Ages 3-6" plan. After subscribing, please fill in your child's age, current reading interests, and Chinese comprehension level in the [Subscription Questionnaire] so that we can customize the book selection for you.
