Collects commonly used and necessary quantifiers in daily life, and uses graphic explanations to help understand and remember them
Do you know how to use quantifiers?

For the same clothes, we would say: a “dress”, a “shirt”, a “pair” of pants…
For the same fruit, we would say: a “bunch” of grapes, an “apple”, a “watermelon”…

For the same animals, we would say: a cow, a horse, a turtle...

Should we say a "fish" or a "tail" of fish? How do you measure the fish after you cut it into pieces? When do we talk about a "piece" of fish, a "slice" of fish or a "mouthful" of fish?

In the book "Illustrated Measure Word Learning Picture Book", you can learn a variety of measurement unit words. Some are very common in life, such as: measure words used to measure fruits, clothes, tableware, stationery, animals, plants, transportation, etc.; some are measure words that are not easy to understand how to use, such as: the differences between "pieces, pieces, strips, roots" and "pieces, pieces" and "pieces, heads", as well as the representation of action measure words and measurement units.

The author uses lovely illustrations to illustrate the correct use of quantifiers to readers in different categories, and also provides cultural and common sense supplements, so that readers can learn quantifiers in an easy and interesting way while also understanding the historical allusions and cultural differences in the use of quantifiers.

Good reviews

This is a very good picture book. Because there are many ways to use quantifiers that even adults don’t understand. Through this picture book, I learned how to carefully use the unit quantifiers for different things. It should be suitable for giving to first graders.

We use quantifiers in our daily lives, but there are many things that we have forgotten why we use them (calculate) in this way. This book took me back to the distant past and made me re-understand the usage of quantifiers. Not necessarily limited to children's reading, in this book, children and adults can learn happily and feel the splendor of language again.
