About the Author
Antoine de Saint-Exupery / Author
Born in Lyon, France, he is a pilot and a writer. He wrote many novels throughout his life, most of which were about the identity of pilots. Saint Exupery lived during the First and Second World Wars. When Nazi Germany occupied France, he fled France to the United States, where he was loved by the public. A few years later, Saint Exupery returned to Algeria (a French colony) to participate in the war, and disappeared from the world when he set out on a mission the following year.
