      About the Author

      Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (1900-1944)

      In 1900, he was born into an aristocratic family in Lyon, France. He began to write poetry at the age of six. After graduating from high school, he passed the entrance examination to the Naval Academy and studied architecture at the French National Academy of Fine Arts for a period of time. At the age of 21, he enlisted in the army and became a pilot. At the age of 23, he began to write about his flying experience and completed several works in succession.

      In 1935, his flight mission went wrong and his plane crashed into the Sahara Desert. He was found and rescued several days later. The story of The Little Prince is based on this experience.

      In 1944, he was on a solo reconnaissance mission, but he mysteriously disappeared and there is no way back. This is the life of this legendary poet, novelist and pilot in French history. The Little Prince has become his classic masterpiece. So far, it has been translated into more than 300 languages ​​and is a world-famous literary classic.


      About the Illustrator

      Aria Lv Qianhong (The Little Prince illustrations)

      An illustrator born in the 1990s, he loves animals, comics, and clouds. He really wants to express every pure and simple moment with color. He hopes to bring a little happiness to everyone's daily life through his paintings. He graduated from the Department of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is currently a product designer.

      Chen Jiaxi (Illustrations of Taipei and Fucheng Little Prince)

      Although I am not a full-time artist, I still have some interesting ideas from time to time and draw them into images. In addition to being interested in the Little Prince, I also hope to promote the humanistic spirit through art and communicate with different people in the world.
