About the Author

Adam Lehrhaupt / Author

Adam Reichept has traveled to six continents, performed on Broadway, and lived on a community farm. He firmly believes that opening a book is a good thing, even if there's a monkey inside. He currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons, and this is his first book.

Matthew Forsythe / Illustrator

Matthew Forsythe is an award-winning cartoonist and illustrator. His illustrations have appeared in many publications, including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. He currently lives in Los Angeles and works on the Adventure Time series.

Guo Miaofang/Translator

Graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Fu Jen Catholic University, and obtained a Master of Education from Chapman University in California, USA, majoring in curriculum and instruction. Currently working in a publishing house, he has translated books such as "Not a Box", "The Story of Penguins" and "Mrs. Mavroy's Monster".

I like picture books with a strong childlike flavor the most. I try to let children see themselves in the books, and let adults see children in the books.
