My 2-year-old son had no response to movement either at home or in kindergarten, but that changed after he saw the book "Penguin Gymnastics". Every night before going to bed, he would do gymnastics with the big and little penguins in the book, "breathe in ~ exhale ~". Look how serious he is, so adorable!
The cover of "Penguin Gymnastics" is bright yellow and very eye-catching. The story was great to read, and my 1 year and 7 month old grandson had a blast singing and dancing like the penguins! The gymnastics moves in the book are so simple that even I couldn't help but follow along.
