A Taiwanese girl with a background in engineering and law who works in the Netherlands, started painting after giving birth to her first son. When she was pregnant with her second child, she suddenly had an idea and applied to the Art Department of the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, the Netherlands. Unexpectedly, she actually went to class with an eight-month-old belly. She took care of her child, worked, and studied at the same time, and actually completed four years of study! Currently, she is engaged in artistic creation. As she comes from a family of seafarers and has experienced generations of separation by marrying in the Netherlands, she explores the ocean, immigration, dispersion and cultural hybridity through the study of memory as the themes of her creations. Currently, he is also studying art therapy, hoping to combine the two to understand the spiritual images of cross-cultural groups and heal the trauma caused by leaving home.
